Getting Started

Before commencing a Personal Training program, we invite you to come in and meet with a trainer and view the studio.  We are happy to discuss your health and fitness needs, answer any questions you may have regarding your training options and help structure a plan to suit you goals and lifestyle.

Fitness Profile

A Personal Fitness Profile enables your trainer to accurately address your needs, set realistic goals and structure your initial training program.  It addresses any specific and corrective exercises that need to be incorporated into the program.  The Fitness Profile becomes a point of reference to compare your future achievements and results.

Training Program

Our programming system has been developed and refined to a wide range of training principles. Each program is individually designed to meet a clients specific needs, goals and abilities.  Your progress is reviewed and your program is redesigned to maximise your results.

1:1 Training 30 minute Sessions

5 sessions.......... .$235pp

10 sessions......... $440pp

 

2:1 Training 30 minute sessions

5 sessions............ $175pp
