Group Training is a great way to get fit in a fun and motivational environment. Never boring, always challenging, we ensure you get the most from each and every workout. Group sizes are restricted to 12 places and programs are changed every 6 weeks.

Three Group Training options are available:-
Ignite challenge your core and cardio Blast your core and cardio into shape with this creative mix designed to burn the calories
Accelerate for a complete body workout A high energy, structured strength training circuit incorporating cardiovascular and weight training
Definition ladies only A resistance training program designed specifically for women to strengthen and tone the entire body
Octane gents only If youve got the guts and the gut to lose, lock yourself in to 3000 seconds of intense, dynamic strength training

Group training times
Ignite (Ladies and Gents) Monday evenings at 7pm
Accelerate (Ladies and Gents) Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm
Definition (Ladies only) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9.30am
Octane (Gents only) Saturday mornings at 7.30am
