Personal Training Programs are the most effective and specific approach to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. We offer both 1:1 and 2:1 training programs.
Getting started
Before embarking on a Personal Training program, you are invited to book a 30 minute complimentary appointment to meet with a trainer and take a look around the studio. We are happy to discuss your health and fitness needs, answer any questions you may have regarding your training optons and help you to structure managable plan.
Fitness Profile
A Personal Fitness Profile enables your trainer to accurately address your needs, set realistic goals and structure your initial training program. It addresses any specific remedial and corrective exercises that need to be incorporated into the program. The Fitness Profile becomes a point of reference to compare your future achievements and results.
Training programs
Our programming system has been developed and refined over 15 years and integrates a wide range of training principles. Each program is individually designed to meet a clients specific needs, goals and abilities. Your progress is reviewed every 10 sessions and your program is redesigned to maximise your results.
